Play Nimbus – Competition Terms & Conditions
Promoter: This competition is operated by Play Nimbus Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16222876), with its registered office at Suite 5626, Unit 3A, 34-35 Hatton Garden, Holborn, London, EC1N 8DX ("Promoter", "we", or "us").
1. Eligibility
- This competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
- Entries are welcome from all countries, unless prohibited by local laws. It is the entrant's responsibility to ensure their participation is lawful.
- Employees of Play Nimbus Limited, its affiliates, or anyone professionally connected with the competition (including their immediate families) are not eligible to enter.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
2. How to Enter
- To enter, participants must complete the entry form at: https://nimbus.fillout.com/shirt with their full name, email address, and country.
- No purchase is necessary. Entry is free of charge.
- The competition opens on or around 26 April 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM BST on 14 May 2025.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. Prize
- One (1) winner will receive a signed Manchester United football shirt.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
- We reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
- The draw will take place on or shortly after 15 May 2025, following the Manchester United vs Athletic Bilbao match.
- The winner will be contacted via the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, we reserve the right to select an alternative winner.
5. Publicity and Data Protection
- By entering, participants agree that their personal information (name, email, and country) may be used for the purposes of administering this competition.
- Personal data will be processed in accordance with the UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
- Entrants may opt-in to marketing communications, but this is not required for entry.
- With consent, the winner's name and/or country may be announced on Play Nimbus’s social media platforms.
6. Disqualification and Fair Use
- We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant who:
- Provides false or misleading information;
- Uses automated or fraudulent entry methods;
- Fails to comply with these terms and conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Play Nimbus Limited accepts no responsibility for:
- Technical failures or disruptions that affect participation;
- Entries not successfully completed due to internet or platform issues;
- Any loss, damage or injury arising from acceptance or use of the prize.
8. Right to Cancel or Amend
- We reserve the right to:
- Cancel, amend, suspend or withdraw the competition or these terms at any time where it becomes necessary to do so (e.g., technical failure, legal requirement, etc.).
- Modify the prize or promotion format to ensure fairness and compliance.
9. Intellectual Property
- All promotional materials are the property of Play Nimbus Limited.
- Entrants shall not reproduce or misuse any trademarks, logos, or brand assets belonging to third parties.
10. No Affiliation Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Manchester United Football Club, Athletic Club Bilbao, or UEFA. All names, trademarks, and images are the property of their respective owners and used for descriptive purposes only.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
- Any disputes arising in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
